What it actually is.
Not a boozy cruise. Not a tour. A proper lunch — fresh seasonal dishes prepared on board, served with the Noosa River as your dining room.
The music sets a mood rather than a tempo. The bar is open. The river does what the river does on a — the hinterland catching the light behind it, the water moving slowly underneath you.
Boarding from 11:30am. Departure at noon. Back by 2:00pm. Two hours that feel longer than they are — in the best way.
The food. Fresh, seasonal, on board.
General admission includes a set-menu three-course lunch, prepared fresh in the galley. Dietary requirements are welcome — let the team know when you book and it’s taken care of.
The menu rotates with the season. What doesn’t change: eating well on the water, with that view, on a Saturday afternoon is a different experience entirely to eating well anywhere else.
Who it’s for.
A couple looking for a lunch that’s actually worth making a reservation for. A group of friends who want a proper afternoon without committing to a big night. Parents visiting for the weekend who deserve better than a busy Hastings Street table.
The recovery crowd from the night before. The hens who want to ease into Saturday before the evening session. Anyone who has ever looked at a river and thought: I should be on that.
The details.
