Catalina Noosa's Dress Code
Welcome to Catalina! Get ready for the ultimate Noosa beach club experience. The last thing we want is for you to be left high and dry, so when planning to step aboard Catalina the, we ask that you familiarise yourself with our simple minimum dress code:

Here we go:

  • No Rubber Thongs: Go for leather thongs or sandals like Birkenstocks.
  • No Stilettos: Block heels and wedges are totally cool.
  • No Board-shorts: Keep those for the beach.
  • No Singlets (for the guys): Opt for a short-sleeve button-up or a simple tee.
  • No Torn, Soiled, Threadbare or Tattered Clothing: We’re talking footwear too. Ripped jeans might be okay, but we’ll decide on a case-by-case basis.
  • No Workwear: This is your escape from work! Leave the uniform at home and wear something special.
  • No Offensive or Gang-related Logos or Outfits: We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable, so keep it G-rated.
  • No Offensive or Gang-related Hand, Neck, or Face Tattoos: Again, we want to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. If you’ve got questions, please reach out to our Events team

We don’t want your day cut short, so follow the above simple rules and enjoy your time aboard!

How many guests can M.V Catalina accommodate?

Up to 150 guests – including the plus ones, the kids, and that cousin you kind of forgot about. Catalina spans two open decks, so there’s room to spread out, mingle, and dance.

Can we bring our own suppliers?

We have a trusted list of stylists, florists, musicians, and photographers who know and love the Catalina vibe – but if you have your own, we’re happy to work with them too. Just chat to our events team to coordinate.

Please note: we don’t allow external catering, as all food is provided in-house.

What if it rains?

No need to stress, Catalina Noosa is built to handle all kinds of weather. The lower deck is fully enclosed and waterproof, while the upper deck features retractable awnings that cover the entire roof. Your event will stay dry, comfortable, and full of good vibes., we’ve even seen some of our most memorable moments happen under moody skies.

Where can we get picked up from?

We can collect guests from multiple jetties around Noosa (think: Noosa Marina, Woods Bay, private waterfronts). Want to make an entrance after your beach ceremony? We’ll dock nearby for the smoothest transition ever.

Can we play our own music or bring a DJ?

We can accommodate a playlist or live band of your choosing, but you won’t be able to BYO DJ. Instead, we encourage you to choose from our curated lineup of local legends. These DJs know Catalina inside out and will keep the vibes flowing, the transitions smooth, and your dance floor humming.

How do we get pricing or a quote?

Every event is dynamically quoted based on your needs and the season. Charter fees start from $5,900, with catering from $25pp and beverages from $60pp. Get in touch and we’ll map it all out, including alternative options if your preferred date is outside budget.
