With convenient pick-up points including Noosa Woods Jetty, we can collect your team or clients just minutes away from key venues and waterfront locations.

Imagine welcome cocktails waiting onboard as your guests step aboard, transitioning seamlessly from one setting to the next. It’s polished, effortless, and sets the tone for a memorable corporate experience.

We can also facilitate stylish on-water transfers between venues such as Noosa Boathouse, Noosa Waterfront Restaurant, and Noosa Marina — perfect for multi-stop events, progressive dining, or adding a unique touch to your itinerary.

With capacity for up to 150 guests across two open-air levels, Catalina offers a flexible setting for corporate events that feel anything but ordinary. There’s space to mingle, move, and take in the Noosa River — whether that’s with a cocktail at sunset or a team gathered for something more structured.

Downstairs, the bar and lounge create a relaxed, social atmosphere, complemented by a fully equipped galley. Upstairs, retractable awnings provide shade from the subtropical sun or shelter if needed. As the evening unfolds, the roof can open so your event continues under the stars.

Every Catalina event is tailored to your guest numbers, timing and vision — so your ideal date or format can work within your budget.

Charter hire (your private boat booking) starts from $5,900. Catering packages start from $25 per person, with optional beverage packages from $60 per person.
