With room for up to 150 guests across two open, contemporary levels, there’s plenty of space to mingle, move, or find a quiet corner to savour a cocktail at sunset. It’s a corporate event space people actually want to be in.


Downstairs, the lower deck bar and lounge offers flexible, weatherproof comfort with a purpose-built open galley at its heart. Upstairs, retractable awnings provide shade from the subtropical sun – or shelter from a passing shower. And when the night settles in, we can open the roof so you can dance beneath the stars.

Food & Beverage

We know the details matter – especially when it comes to food and drinks. That’s why we’ve taken the stress out of event catering with flexible, fuss-free packages that are as delicious as they are seamless.


Cocktail-style service is where Catalina truly shines – roaming canapés and substantial bites keep things social and stylish. But for smaller, more intimate groups, seated dining can be just as spectacular. We cater to all common dietary requirements, offer cake-cutting service options, and make sure no one goes hungry (or thirsty).


As for the drinks? This isn’t your standard “two whites, one red” kind of setup – unless that’s what you’re after. From welcome cocktails and custom packages to vintage wines and a signature drinks list, we’ll help you serve up a menu that matches the mood of your event.


And when it comes to cruising? Our experienced captains know the Noosa River inside and out. We’ll make sure you’re in the best position for weather, views, and smooth sailing.

Point-to-Point Guest Transfers

Luxury transfers, Catalina style.

We don’t have to be the main event – but we’ll make the journey just as memorable. With access to multiple jetties along the Noosa River, Catalina can collect or drop off guests from Noosa Main Beach to Makepeace Island. Add cocktails, canapés, and music, and suddenly your guest transfer becomes an experience in its own right.

Every Catalina event is uniquely quoted to suit your guest numbers, seasonality, and vision – so even if your ideal date or time doesn’t quite fit your budget, we’ll work with you to find flexible options that do. Think of us as your on-water event partner, not just your venue.


Charter hire (that’s your private boat booking) starts from $5,900.

Catering starts from $25 per person, with optional beverage packages from $60 per person.
